Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of VatanGram. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them.
01Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use VatanGram. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms with you.
02Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password and sign-in methods secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a safety risk.
03Content you post
You retain ownership of photos, videos, captions, and other content you create. By posting, you grant VatanGram a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote that content within the service (including in feeds, profiles, and search).
04Following, messages & live
You may follow other accounts, send direct messages, comment, react, bookmark posts, and go live where the feature is available. Do not use these tools to spam, harass, or share content you do not have rights to distribute.
05Acceptable use
Do not post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or infringing on others’ rights. Do not impersonate others, scrape the service, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer VatanGram.
06Changes to the service
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect how you use the platform.
07Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may remove content or restrict access when we believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
08Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VatanGram is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
